How We Work and How We Get Paid

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Catabz Septic works and how it earns money. This page explains our role. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Catabz Septic Is

Catabz Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not do septic tank pumping, septic system or drain field repair, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with plumbing and septic providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Catabz Septic for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it gets answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Catabz Septic. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, permits and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on who is part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check licenses. Request a written quote. Compare it with other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked. In some cases they are recorded for quality, verification and billing.
